We're building a European payment technology company around a simple ambition: remove unnecessary complexity from bank payments and make Pay by Bank easier for businesses to integrate and use.

Our job is to make that complexity manageable.

We're building Wetapo so merchants can add modern bank payments to checkout, PSPs can expand their payment offering and fintech companies can integrate payment capabilities into the products they're already creating.

    Good ideas can come from anywhere. We value people who are comfortable taking responsibility, asking questions and moving an idea from discussion to execution. Ownership isn't about doing everything alone. It's about caring about the outcome.

    Payments are complicated enough already. We value clear thinking, straightforward communication and solutions that remove unnecessary complexity. If something can be made simpler without making it worse, that's usually worth exploring.

  • Understand the problem first

    Moving quickly matters. Moving quickly in the wrong direction doesn't. We want to understand why we're building something, who we're building it for and what problem it actually solves. Good execution starts with asking the right questions.

  • Speak openly

    Strong teams don't need everyone to agree. We want people to challenge ideas respectfully, explain their reasoning and be willing to change their mind when better information appears. The objective isn't to win an argument.
